An Adventure in Self Discovery – A Workbook for Self Expression is a series of essays on life and the questions most often asked. To write the book I took a survey from people of all ages and asked them to give me three questions they had about life. I then took the questions that were repeated the most often, interviewed experts in the field of psychotherapy and authors who have previously written on the subject. From those interviews I complied essays addressing each quesion. In addition to the essay content, the book has photos artwork and explanations of the intent of each painting, exercises and journaling questions.
