Alisha Yvonne is the national bestselling author of several titles, including the Essence® Bestsellers, Lovin' You Is Wrong and I Don't Wanna Be Right. Her novels further showcase her vast literary talent and skills. Amongst her other adult titles are Naughty Girls, The CleanUp Woman, Who's Fooling Who, and an urban novella, Sugar and Candy Cane, which was contributed to Around the Way Girls-3. Alisha also writes in the young adult arena. If I Were A Boy is the first of the Hopeland High series.
Alisha Yvonne is indeed a woman of many talents. In addition to being a novelist, playwright, screenwriter and editorial consultant, she is also a ghostwriter. Alisha's aspirations are unstoppable. As she continues to build her writing career, she is currently working on producing and directing her next stage play.
Alisha resides in Memphis with her daughters. She is a member of several online literary groups which include R.A.W.4ALL, Writersrx, RealSistaWriters, Fictionfolks, and ReadersnFriends. She is president of Memphis-R.A.W. Local Chapter Book Club. In her spare time, she loves to read, listen to soft music and watch Lifetime movies. Her ultimate enjoyment is derived from spending time with her girls.
