Is your house a house of love? Don’t wake up one morning and discover that you have missed the mark. In our journey through life, it is important that we face all the challenges storming our way. But in doing so, we must closely examine and re-examine all the areas of our lives to complete this journey to self-discovery. This is what the characters of Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore will discover in author Ayani Meli’s compelling and inspiring piece of Christian fiction.
Accompany the main character Journey, as she examines and reluctantly begins to rectify her relationship with her sister; an attempt to continue walking in love. Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore dashes the reader headlong into a story of obedience, hope, and unconditional love, set in the Deep South. Journey believes that she has been living in accordance with the Word of God, only to find out that she has gradually slipped below the radar. Letting go of old hurts and grudges is the only way to avoid slipping totally out of His Will. Before she logs another mile in the wrong direction, she must examine herself and all areas of her life, in order to bridge the relationship with her sister and to mend her love walk.
For those who are struggling as “ordinary and simple” Christians, for those who have no desire to go to a “traditional” Church, and for those who are looking for hope, this book will help you embrace the basic principle of the Bible, which is love. A wonderful story that’s definitely worth reading, Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore is a must-read by all.

This is not a book of love poetry. Life is too limited to get stuck in the past. Listen to and ride the rhythm of life! Use your past as a stepping stone to excel in your present and conquer your future. Don’t be discouraged when people let you down or don’t measure up to the mark you have set for them; and, summarily go out and talk about you. They talked about Jesus. So that puts you in GREAT company.

Just like its predecessor, this book is specifically written to convey to you, what the Father has laid on my heart from time to time in the way of poetry/prose. You will find an eclectic mix of personal poetry, musings, and ruminations, with a bit of social commentary thrown into the mix.
We are on this journey as a people, on this journey as individuals and on this journey as Christians. The only instructions we have were penned around two thousand years ago. We forget about the Bible, as it often sits neglected on a coffee table or under the seat of a car. I have been just as guilty. It’s time to change that now.
Stop waiting until tomorrow. Tomorrow may never come. Stop allowing your focus to be interrupted by the enemy.Testimonials
Many say that, "We all are flawed," even without seeing the flaws of our fellow man. It is one thing to assume what we know of others and another thing for someone to tell us what we don't know. Within the pages of "Images & Rhythms of Generations: The Flow of Life," Ayani_Meli is so open & HONEST about herself you can almost feel her pull herself apart just to bare it all for you. It's not easy to share certain aspects of ourselves with even a few yet she dares to share it with many. Refusing to be defined by any standard or stanza Ayani_Meli invites the reader into not just her mind but her heart.
