Edwin F. Casey
Ed Casey is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Xavier University School of Medicine at Aruba. He is Past-President of the Rotary Club of New York, Past-President of the New York State Association of Cemeteries, and former Managing Director of Operations for Trinity Church, Wall Street, New York. He is the former Manager of Frank E. Campbell The Funeral Chapel and George T. Davis Funeral Home. Mr. Casey is a licensed funeral director and has worked in the funeral industry in and around New York City for almost fifty years. Currently he is President of his own consulting firm which primarily specializes in serving the not-for-profit sector and is deeply committed to public service.
Often a leader and speaker on corporate culture, motivation and self-empowerment, he is an associate of the World Speakers Association. Mr. Casey has received numerous awards including the NYC Apple Polisher Award, Who’s Who in the East, and multiple Paul Harris Fellowships as well as the La Clave Award from the government of Spain.
Mr. Casey lives with his wife, Anita, in New Hyde Park, New York.

During Ed’s tenure, Campbell’s buried Joan Crawford, conducted, what at the time, was the Guinness Book of World Records’ most expensive funeral, and played temporary host to numerous luminaries departing the business, judicial, and artistic walks of life. Ed provides tantalizing glimpses behind the flowers and eulogies, to the nitty gritty of influence and power.
A feisty little Irish guy, Ed invents ingenious and often hilarious ways to field the curve balls that the industry constantly tosses his way.
