Posted February 24, 2011 14:00 When my Word document is converted onto a PDF the table of contents is rendered in blue ink. The table of contents is black in Word. Why is it being rendered in blue and will it be PRINTED in blue. That is NOT what we want. Also please tell me that I am not paying $35.00 for every upload of a correction from the PDF. The charge comes later correct? Thanks. |

Posted February 24, 2011 15:36 Hi, please send your word and pdf document to support@offthebookshelf.com for us to look at. This is the first time I've heard of that happening, and we will make sure it does not print in blue. The $35 is a one-time set-up fee, that you'll pay once you upload an interior and exterior file that you are happy with. If you upload your interior 10 times prior to paying the $35 fee, it is still only $35. Then, we check your book on our end for embedded fonts, page layout and correct size. If your book needs to be fixed, we will notify you. You will still not be charged anything more at that point. The only time you will have to pay extra is after your book is set up with our printer/for sale and you want to make changes. If you have any other questions, please call us at 1-877-221-8151. |
